1 lb (450g) beef flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece of ginger, grated

1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced thinly

1 medium onion, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Cooked jasmine rice (to serve)

Marinate the Beef: In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well until the beef is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour for more flavor.

    Prepare Your Vegetables: While the beef is marinating, prepare the bell pepper, onion, and broccoli. Set them aside.

      Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
