Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 bag (12 oz) tortilla chips

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)

1 avocado, diced

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Buffalo Chicken Mix: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix well and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Layer the Chips: On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer, ensuring they slightly overlap for maximum coverage.

Add Chicken & Cheese: Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the chips, then sprinkle the Monterey Jack cheese and crumbled blue cheese on top.

Bake: Place the nachos in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish: Once out of the oven, sprinkle the diced red onion, jalapeños, and avocado over the cheesy nachos.

Serve: Drizzle with sour cream, and finish with chopped cilantro for a fresh touch. Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy indulgence!
