Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Olive oil, for brushing

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a handful of fresh spinach leaves in the center, followed by a generous scoop of the cheesy chicken mixture. Top with diced tomatoes and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
