Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

9 lasagna noodles

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a 9x13 baking dish by greasing it lightly with cooking spray or oil.

    Cook Lasagna Noodles: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on a clean kitchen towel to prevent sticking.

      Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

        Assemble Rolls: Take one cooked lasagna noodle and spread about ¼ cup of the chicken mixture along the length of the noodle. Roll it up tightly from one end to the other. Repeat with the remaining noodles.

          Layer Sauce: In the prepared baking dish, spread ½ cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom. Arrange the lasagna rolls seam-side down in the dish. Once all rolls are placed, pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over them.

            Add Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top of the rolls.

              Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

                Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
