Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped

4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 fresh sub rolls

Lettuce leaves, for serving

Tomato slices, for serving

Optional: sliced avocado or pickles

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Taste the mixture and add salt and pepper as needed according to your preference.

Cut the sub rolls in half lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through—leave a hinge for easy filling.

Lightly toast the inside of the rolls on a grill or in a toaster oven to add a bit of crunch.

Place a layer of lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each toasted sub roll.

Generously spoon the chicken and bacon mixture onto the lettuce-lined sub rolls.

Top with tomato slices and any additional toppings like avocado or pickles if desired.

Close the rolls and slice them in half for easier handling.

Serve immediately with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping, if desired.
