2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust for spice preference)

2 tablespoons honey

4 cups whole milk

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Macaroni: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
