Ingredients
  

2 large English cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a creamy dressing.

    Add the thinly sliced cucumbers and red onion (if using) to the dressing. Gently toss until all the cucumber slices are well coated.

      Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

        Before serving, taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

          Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes for a pop of color and extra flavor.
