Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

4 large flour tortillas

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil (for grilling)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is well-mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture across the center, leaving a couple of inches on the sides.

      Layer fresh spinach, diced tomatoes, green onions, and the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.

        Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.

          Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet.

            Grill the wraps for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

              Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing in half.

                Serve warm with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
