Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Boil Potatoes: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the halved baby potatoes and parboil for about 10-12 minutes until tender but still firm. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Steak: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Season the cubed steak with salt and pepper. Once the oil is shimmering, add the steak to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Potatoes: In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the parboiled potatoes. Cook until golden and crispy for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add Garlic and Herbs: Lower the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet. Stir well and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.

Combine Steak and Flavor: Return the cooked steak to the skillet. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Toss everything together gently to ensure the steak and potatoes are well-coated with the garlic butter and herbs.

Finishing Touch: Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top before serving.

Serve: Divide the steak and potatoes onto plates. Enjoy this mouthwatering dish immediately, savoring every bite of the flavorful garlic butter goodness.
