1 can (5 oz) tuna packed in water, drained

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain or low-fat)

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup bell pepper (any color), finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped (optional)

Mixed greens or whole grain bread for serving

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna and mashed avocado until well blended.

    Add the Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard, mixing thoroughly to create a creamy texture.

      Stir in the chopped celery, red onion, and bell pepper until evenly distributed.
