Ingredients

1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 cup honey

1-2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces (about 1 inch cubes) and place them in a large bowl.

Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon pieces and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss gently to coat.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Adjust the sriracha based on your heat preference.

Pour the hot honey sauce over the salmon bites and toss gently to ensure each piece is well-coated.

Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Reserve a small amount of the hot honey sauce for drizzling later.

Bake the salmon bites in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Once done, drizzle the reserved hot honey sauce over the cooked salmon bites and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick.
