1 cup milk

1 large egg

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup mini marshmallows (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

Prepare the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.

    Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
