2 cups rolled oats

2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)

2 large apples, peeled, cored, and diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp works well)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added nutrition)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, chia seeds, walnuts, and dried fruit.

      Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), applesauce, and vanilla extract.

        Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Gently fold in the diced apples.
