Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Create the Sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they begin to soften.

Make it Creamy: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in the grated Parmesan until melted and smooth.

Combine: Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serve: Plate the pasta, garnishing with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy your Marry Me Chicken Pasta with some extra Parmesan sprinkled on top!
