2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed

1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

A handful of fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes (optional, for a colder drink)

Instructions
 

Start by cutting the watermelon into cubes, removing the seeds if necessary.

    In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, coconut water, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or agave syrup, lime juice, and mint leaves.

      Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth and well combined. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
