1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 red onion, cut into wedges

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

    Add the cubed steak to the bowl and toss to coat all pieces evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for maximum flavor.

      If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

        Thread the marinated steak, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion onto the skewers, alternating between the meat and vegetables.

          Once all kebabs are assembled, place them on the hot grill. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

            Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute in the steak.

              Serve the rosemary garlic steak kebabs warm, garnished with a sprinkle of fresh rosemary if desired.
