Ingredients
  

1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup cucumber, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
